Refunds & cancellations

No refunds, except where the law requires one. This covers the first charge, renewals, top-ups and the unused part of a period after you cancel. Where mandatory consumer law where you live gives you more, the law wins.

You can cancel online at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. You can also cancel by emailing yonilev2003@gmail.com from your account email.

You may withdraw from a subscription or top-up within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, by email to yonilev2003@gmail.com or by post to Yonathan Levy, Stern 92B, Kiryat Ono 5560721, Israel. Because you asked us to start the service immediately, you pay for the service provided until you told us, in proportion to the full period (for a top-up, to the tokens used), and we refund the rest within 14 days, to the card you paid with. The right ends once the service has been fully provided.

Your cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 apply. You may cancel a purchase made online within 14 days of the purchase, or of receiving this information in writing, whichever is later. We may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, and we refund the rest within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the card you paid with. A subscription is an ongoing transaction: you may end it at any time, and it ends within 3 business days of your notice.

Locus is a software service delivered online. Nothing is shipped. Access starts as soon as you create your account (for a trial) or your payment is confirmed (for a paid plan), and continues until the end of the period you paid for.
